Manic Panic Hair Dye - Virgin Snow Toner.
Virgin Snow is a blue-tinted toner designed to help eliminate brassy tones. Use Virgin Snow to create a cool-toned canvas that can give you better results before dyeing bright colours or to simply brighten your blonde.
The infamous Manic Panic hair dye. Created by New York sisters Tish and Snooky Bellomo. For over 40 years, their hair colours have always been Vegan and Cruelty Free.
The products are also Paraben-free, Gluten-free, Ammonia-free, Resorcinol-free, PPD-free and Phthalate-free. Ready to use, do not mix with peroxide.
Tested on celebrities, not animals™.

UK Orders
Takes approximately 1-3 working days to arrive, (but can take longer during busy periods like bank holidays or Pride Month)
Orders under £40 can't be tracked, but do have a barcode on which Royal Mail scan on delivery.
Orders over £40 are sent with full tracking.
International Orders
Some international orders arrive in around 5 days (mostly to Europe) and some take 2 months.
There are also sometimes customs delays.
